How are parking infringements decided and enforced?

A. L. Richard made this Official Information request to Auckland Transport

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for A. L. Richard to read recent responses and update the status.

From: A. L. Richard

Dear Auckland Transport,

Do you follow the NZ legislation's infringement fees schedule when enforcing parking fines?
https://www.legislation.govt.nz/regulati...

And based on this information, how much do you consider the infringment fee for the offence of parking at or close to a bus stop for three minutes?

Yours faithfully,
A. L. Richard
