Dear Ruapehu District Council,
Good afternoon.
On behalf of the Ohakune Ratepayers and Residents' Society Inc., we formally request the results from the recent Customer Satisfaction Survey, shared via your Facebook page at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/JBMTGXX.
1./ We request the compiled and calculated results of the survey as soon as possible.
2./ Additionally, we request access to the raw survey data in CSV format, consistent with the format provided to us for last year’s results. We understand that this part of the request may require more time to ensure the privacy of respondents is maintained. However, we respectfully ask that point 1 be fulfilled without delay.
We believe this information is in the public interest. Last year’s results, only made available through the Ombudsman, revealed discrepancies in the Council’s reporting; underscoring the importance of transparency and public oversight.
