OFFICIAL INFORMATION REQUEST FOR Survey results for customer satisfaction 2025.
I refer to your information request dated 4 August 2025 as below:
1./ We request the compiled and calculated results of the survey as soon as possible.
2./ Additionally, we request access to the raw survey data in CSV format, consistent with the format
provided to us for last year’s results. We understand that this part of the request may require more
time to ensure the privacy of respondents is maintained. However, we respectfully ask that point 1
be fulfil ed without delay.
As advised in our earlier correspondence of 26 August 2025 and 12 September 2025: “we wil be
publishing the results of the survey as part of the FY2024/25 Annual Report which we anticipate
being released in late October 2025. Council wil after this time, release the base survey data
information in line with how it was released to you last year”.
The full excel spreadsheet is attached, and under section 7(2)(a) of the LGOIMA: to protect the
privacy of a natural person; any identifying information has been redacted.
Please take note:
1) The Annual Report is on our website
here.
2) The survey results that feed into the Annual Report are those up to 30 June 2025. We left
the survey open past 1 July 2026 which is a new financial year, and these results were not
included in the 24/25 Financial Year results but wil
be included in the 2025/26 Financial Year
Annual Report.
