OFFICIAL INFORMATION REQUEST FOR Survey results for customer satisfaction 2025.
I refer to your official information request dated 4 August 2025 for the results from the recent
Customer Satisfaction Survey, shared via your Facebook page.
We wil be publishing the results of the survey as part of the FY2024/25 Annual Report which we
anticipate being released in late October 2025. Council wil after this time, release the base survey
data information in line with how it was released to you last year.
We are therefore refusing your request under section 17(d) of the LGOIMA on the basis that the
information wil soon be publicly available. At this time we wil be able to prepare the raw data as
requested after making the appropriate redactions.
We wil write to you again to let you know once the information is published.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
