Accordingly, we request clarification on the following:

1./ Has Pauline Welch moved to another role within Ruapehu District Council?
2./ Has Pauline Welch left Council employment?
3./ If she has left the organisation, was her departure due to a resignation, or was it the result of disciplinary action or another process?
4./ If applicable, please provide the reason(s) for her departure, including any documentation or summary relating to the conclusion of her employment (with appropriate consideration for privacy and confidentiality under LGOIMA provisions).
