OFFICIAL INFORMATION REQUEST FOR Survey results for customer satisfaction 2025.
I refer to your email request dated 27 August 2025 asking for reconsideration of our decision to not
release the results until October 2025.
In our decision letter dated 26 August 2025 we stated: we wil be publishing the results of the survey
as part of the FY2024/25 Annual Report which we anticipate being released in late October 2025.
Council wil after this time, release the base survey data information in line with how it was released
to you last year.
Our position toward this decision has not changed, as it is through the audit process that assurance
toward the information reported to the public is achieved. Please note that we have consulted with
external oversight authorities before confirming this decision.
We wil write to you again to let you know once the information is published.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
