Recommendations
It was recommended that the Board:
a.    Note the December 2024 Performance Dashboard update.
b.    Approve the Quarterly Report to the Minister October – December 2024, subject to any 
comments or requested amendments.
Outcome: Dashboard noted. Feedback and approval of the Quarterly Report to the Minister is to 
be provided by written procedure by COB 29 January.
Quarterly Report to the Minister was not discussed. To be approved out of cycle.
This paper was not discussed due to time constraints and the Board was asked 
to provide feedback/approval by written procedure by COB Wednesday 29 
January ahead of the submission deadline of 31 January 2025.
