Dear Wellington City Council,
Recently the Hawkins Hill Road gate code changed and we were not updated until after it was changed. This is in effect a clear breach of our access rights. Please provide a copy of the Operating Procedural Document / Policy for the operation of this Gate and if their are consent requirements for it's Operation that Council or anyone else needs to comply with. Please provide the reason it was changed (most recent) and whether it was a planned or in response to something.
