Hawkins Hill Road maintenance

From: Brooklyn RatePayer
Dear Wellington City Council,
Is their a budget for maintenance of Hawkins Hill Road in terms of removal of problematic trees or restoring land or berms where trees have been removed by wind or otherwise?
What we're after is which department manages the budget and what the allocation of funds is called so we can apply to remedy recent storm damage where it has damaged an existing fence/ entrance way to private land. As we understand the trees (not native) were on Wellington City Council land and they have caused significant damage to adjacent land. The purpose of this request is to ask for information to assist in restoring the entrance and beautify the area. Who would we best contact?
Yours faithfully,
Brooklyn RatePayer
