Dear Wellington City Council,

Considering the cost and impact of the changes, we are reviewing the cause, cost and changes regarding:

Regarding Cause.
The RFP mentions "WCC have received complaints from residents, pedestrians, and cyclists that the volumes and speeds of traffic are creating an unsafe environment."

Please provide a table of categorised, individual complaints received to better understand reasoning, urgency, origin and scale of the complaints.
