Dear Wellington City Council,

We still have questions around the primary criteria of the Change 33 Ridgelines and Hilltops Overlay, specifically about Visibility. For specificity, we are interested in the Hawkins Hill location, and particularly between, and including 280 - 500 Hawkins Hill Rd where a number of structures and buildings have been built since overlay was adopted.

Please supply the resource consent files for each of the buildings and structures between these addresses, since Change 33, including any plans, specialist reports commissioned, applications, diagrams, correspondence, and, in particular, any conditions placed on those resource consents in terms of adhering to Change 33 constraints for Ridgelines and Hilltops for Visibility or any other term used in that consent process pertaining to the same.
