Dear AT Official Information (AT),

To be frank, this is not a reasonable excuse as you can tell me when the AT Hop Cards came into fruition.

The derelict stations beyond Swanson still have AT Hop Card branding where these trains operated.

Therefore I should reasonably expect at a minimum, 2 to 3 years of information from AT Hop Card and Ticket Sales because AT has been around when the diesel trains have existed for at least 3 years.

The information beyond conception is understandably unobtainable from AT. However, this information should still be important to AT and should still be reasonable accessible. Why shouldn't AT compare previous earnings from 20 years ago?

Ridership was at the Pinnacle in 2011, it has slumped in 2025, there is a reasonable justification for my cause.

The last train to leave Waitakere was in 2015. Even if you do not have Helensvile statistics, Waitakere operated till the very end. And I believe shuttle services connected from Helensvile to Waitakere station.

Additionally, I am flummoxed how people with similar interests get train reliability and average travel time information as far back as 2004 and I am unable to get any ticket ridership.

Please do a thorough look or a I will pursue other methodologies unfavourable to either party.

Yours sincerely,

Joshua Hill
