Dear Pharmaceutical Management Agency,

RNZ recently reported that "since March 2021 had used Draper Cormack and a public relations company to try to increase its public trust." https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/lobbying/4863...

Under the OIA I request:
1) Details of the procurement process used to select Draper Cormack for this role
2) Total Payments made by Pharmac to Draper Cormack between 1 March 2021 and 31 January 2023
3) Details of the advertisement, approach to market or tender documents that proceeded the engagement of Draper Cormack

If you are able to provide the answers to any of these questions more quickly than others, please provide the answers you can provide as soon as possible in accordance with the Act. Do not delay provision of the information until you can answer all questions.
