From: Harris Leigh

Dear Melody Willis,

Point 1 of my request relates to communications with Draper Cormack specifically about OIA request: "Correspondence between Pharmac and Draper Cormack re 2022-23-125; A1665003".
The requestor of that request is not relevant.

I am simply seeking copies of the correspondence between Pharmac and Draper Cormack relating to that request. For example, to reach the surprising claim that disclosing the official information held relating to how much Draper Cormack was paid would damage Draper Cormack some consultation must have occurred with Draper Cormack.

Similarly material published by RNZ shows that Pharmac has previously consulted Draper Cormack about how to fulfill legal obligations under the OIA, so it is plausible Pharmac will have done the same in this case.

Yours sincerely,

Harris Leigh
