Dear RDU OSI,
Dear RDU OSI,

Hi
I am referring to the Shovel ready funding project provisionally approved by Crown Infrastructure partners .
It was originally listed as" Hicks Bay deep water wharf " and subsequently annotated by persons unknown to "Marine infrastructure" ,
The two parties that were related to the funding besides CIP /Government ministers (IRG) were
Te Rimu Trust , (Sir John and Richard Clarke) and Terrafermah Ltd (Dave Fermah)

Yours sincerely,

dave fermah
