Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA)]:
• Correspondence to and from Shane Jones regarding Shovel ready project P269 or Hicks Bay deep water wharf or Barging or Port.
• Correspondence, documents or file notes changing project name and or use from “Deep water wharf” to “Marine Infrastructure.”
• Correspondence from any other parties regarding changing designation from “Deep water wharf” to “marine infrastructure “

Good morning Mr Fermah

 

I refer to your requests regarding the above matter received on 23 March
and 13 April 2022, and our response dated 23 April 2022.  A copy of the
response is attached for ease of reference.

 

Following an enquiry received from the Ombudsman’s office, we undertook a
further review of the documents held relevant to your requests.  As a
result of that review, we identified correspondence with you that would be
relevant to your requests.  Specifically, emails (and their attachments)
from the period mid July 2020 to late August 2020 between yourself and our
commercial team members (including Ms Leighton and Mr Lo).

 

We are happy to provide copies of this correspondence to you if that would
be of assistance.  Please let me know if this would be of interest and I
