Now that a Marine Mammal reserve has been established for Pewhairangi (Bay of Islands) please, under the OIA, could you provide details of any exemptions or permits to the regulations for commercial organisations?

Please could you look at the .pdf you’ve attached: it is almost impossible to read, and makes it extremely unclear what organisations are actually referred to.
