Dear Auckland Transport,
May I please request security camera footage of the bus line for around 8:57pm-9:02pm; 12/12/2021 (outside of 152 Hobson Street, Auckland CBD area possibly). My car( white Porsche Cayenne) parking in bus line, The car in front hit my car by reversing.
I have been on hold with Auckland Transport for the last 20 minutes so am sending this in the hopes that it will come through promptly enough to get a hold of the footage or any pictures to identify the culprit. So that I can submit it to the police and insurance company.

We are unable to provide you with the information you asked for
On 13/12/2021 you asked for CCTV footage.
I'm sorry to hear of the incident. We don't have a camera outside that
location. We viewed the cameras at the nearest intersection and
unfortunately, it was facing in the other direction and did not capture
the incident. As there is no footage your request is refused under section
17(e) of the LGOIMA.
We understand that this isn’t the outcome you hoped for.

I'm ask request security camera footage of the BUSLINE for around 8:57pm-9:02pm; on 12/12/2021.
Not the 13/12/2021, you search wrong date.
And I centily sure the camera on BUSLINE is 24 hours working. It must be photographed.

Thanks for your email.
The date 13/12/2021 that I referred to is the date we received your request. I'm aware that the incident happened on 12/12/2021. The dates and times searched for initially are correct.
As explained in my previous response, we don't have a camera outside that location. We viewed the cameras at the nearest intersection and unfortunately, it was facing in the other direction and did not capture the incident. As there is no footage your request is refused under section 17(e) of the LGOIMA.
