I am Shelly Zhang, my car parked in the yard of my home was damaged by others on the evening of March 11, 2021. When I found out there was no one or the car nearby, I urgently need to find the perpetrator and provide it to the police and insurance party. Because my yard is under the roadside surveillance video, I would like to request the surveillance video between 6 and 9 PM that night.

The photo provided to you is the only camera angle we have. We don't hold any other footage, therefore your request is refused under section 17(e) of the LGOIMA as the footage doesn't exist.
