    Dear Auckland Transport,
I am wondering if you have any footage of around 22 Emily place.
On the 8th of April my car got damaged and the other party is saying it is my fault even though I didn’t leave the house or move my car
I am looking for footage from around 11:30am on the 8th of April.
Until 9:45 the next day 9th April

We are unable to provide you with the information you asked for
 
On 13/04/2021 you asked for CCTV footage. 
 
I'm sorry to hear of the incident. The Auckland Transport Operations
 Centre have viewed their cameras and there are no cameras that captures
 the location of where the incident happened. Your request is therefore
 refused under section 17(e) of the LGOIMA, as the footage doesn't exist. 
 
We understand that this isn’t the outcome you hoped for.
