Dear Auckland Transport,
I am Glaiza Legaspi. I was on Hobson St. today (28/02/22) between 17:10 - 17:30 when a white BMW hatch had taken my car over just few blocks from the Southern Motorway and ended up scratching the right hand-side door of my car.
I am driving a silver Toyota Vitz (LAW452)
I would be grateful if you’ll able to provide a footage between that time so I can provide an evidence for my car insurance.

On 28/02/2022 you asked for CCTV footage.
I'm sorry to hear about the incident. We downloaded and viewed the CCTV
cameras and unfortunately, we were unable to locate the incident on
camera. As our cameras didn't capture the incident, your request is
refused under 17(e) of the LGOIMA.
We understand that this isn’t the outcome you hoped for.
