Dear Porirua City Council,

In relation to administration, processes and procedures about the review
of the District Plan for Porirua, the council officers' report to the Te
Puna Korero Meeting dated 10 June 2021 said this:

"An Independent Hearings Panel (IHP) to hear submissions has been
appointed, and Hearings are planned to commence in October."

There does not seem to be any official record of these appointments on the
Council's website relating to the review of the district plan nor the
wider web-page.

Therefore, can you please provide the following information, in respect of
the proposed district plan (including any subsequent variations):

- a copy of all the documentation PCC collated and relied upon when it
appointed the IHP;

- a copy of the documentation officially recording the IHP appointments,
and the identity of the person(s) making that appointment and the
corresponding description of their job title(s);

- a copy of the documentation recordig the specific powers, functions and
duties that have been delegated to the IHP;

- whether the persons appointing the IHP were, in turn, relying upon
delegations from the Council; and,

- if the persons appointing the IHP were, in turn, relying upon
delegations from the Council, a copy of the documentation recording the
specific delegation those persons appointing the IHP have relied upon,
