Please provide me with a list of all current and effective delegations
under the Resource Management Act. Where a function, power or duty under
the RMA has been delegated under the provisions of section 34A of the RMA
in each case please provide me with the following:
- the relevant a function, power, or duty;
- the person to whom a function, power, or duty has been delegated (in the
case of an employee this need only give the job title);
- the date upon which the delegation took effect; and,
- any terms and conditions (if any) applicable to each particular
delegation.
