Average & Max wait times for callers to the Healthline & Covid Healthline,
separately, by day for the past 90-days.

I am happy to refine this request if it is difficult to obtain, however
this is a very common report available at the click of a button in most
call centre systems.

You may also already hold this information in a regular report you receive
from Homecare Medical. If this is the case, I will accept the report in
lieu of the request above."

As required under the Official Information Act 1982, the Ministry will
endeavour to respond to your request no later than 20 May 2021, being 20
working days after the day your request was received.  

If we are unable to respond to your request within this time frame, we
will notify you of an extension of that time frame.
