Water Contamination Titahi Bay
Brian Warburton made this Official Information request to Porirua City Council
Response to this request is long overdue. By law Porirua City Council should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.
From: Brian Warburton
Dear Porirua City Council,
A few days ago this comment was made on the Titahi Bay Neighbourhood Noticeboard:
"Not only are PCC putting blame on residential houses now they want to inspect inside boatsheds for water discharge. Funny that how long have some maintained sheds an the surroundings!!!! Soak Pitts have been used ever since I can remember. Shed owners have all received letters from PCC regarding this. COME ON PCC those who know the beach well KNOW exactly where an what's to blame for our water being contaminated."
Please send me a copy of the letters sent to the boatshed owners that are referred to in this Facebook comment.
Yours faithfully,
Brian Warburton
