Dear Grace Ray,

Thank you for your information relating to the proposed restructure and the new position.

Per my original request, I was after any and all communications since June 2019 that refered to both the either the final position or the earlier descrbied "GM Operations" that was mentioned at several roadshow presentations. As such, can you please ensure your subsequent reply includes any earlier communications, and if not, can you confirm that this means there was no communications between the two related to the position at any time since June 2019?

To clarify, this is not about the formal proposal itself but also any discussions held before then that effected the design of the position.
