Dear State Services Commission,

Please give me the following information under the OIA:

1. The job description for the Secretary of Treasury
2. The salary band minimum-maximum for the job
3. The job brief developed for the latest employment process
4. The media that the job was advertised on (e.g. Seek, other sites, other publications)
5. The copy of all job advertisements
6. The number of applicants and their location (e.g. 15 from NZ, 2 ffrom the UK)
7. The process by which all applicants were longlisted or shortlisted and who was responsible
8. The interview methodology e.g. length, assessment centre, questions
9. The number of applicants interviewed

I don't quite understand why its taking more than 20 days to at least bundle up some of the job description, advertisement etc. stuff. This should all be 5 minutes work. Please send through material in segments.
