How many 'joke" OIA requests are received?
Liam Hehir made this Official Information request to Public Service Commission
The request was refused by Public Service Commission.
From: Liam Hehir
Dear State Services Commission,
I understand that you collect statistics regarding the responses of Crown entities and government departments under the Official Information Act 1982.
If it's not too much trouble, I was wondering whether you hold any statistics as to the number of trivial or frivolous "joke" OIA requests submitted to agencies by journalists.
Yours faithfully,
Liam Hehir
