To assist the Council, I would like to amend my request. I would like to request each of the six gift files held by the Council for the last six months (from the date my request was originally made).

Thank you for your further email today where you have advised you wish to refine your request as dated 18 March 2013.
To that end you have asked for the "six gift files" held by the Council in the last 6 months. I am unclear what six files you are referencing particularly as I have made no reference to such a number in my response dated 18 April 2013.

If extracting the require dinformation from the monthly gift register is time consuming, then the easiest thing to do is to request the entire gift register unredacted, and do your own analysis. This also means you get information on entertainment by other groups
