is being compiled.  I am the officer progressing your request which has
been granted at this time.

 

While your request asks for total costs for the China Delegation, I have
interpreted your request to cover all the countries visited by the
Delegation.

 

In the first instance, please find attached a copy of the Council report
dated 25 March 2014 that discussed the budget for the Mayor’s Delegation
to Japan and China 2014 and contains the financial costs requested for the
Mayor and Councillor Coughlan.

 

I am still waiting on costs to be compiled for those officers who were
also in attendance and will come back to you by the end of next week with
that final figure
