This is, for some reason, proving to be a difficult exercise and is
estimated to take another 2 weeks to complete.

A list of properties owned by the Council and each of its business units,
including the following information -
Capital Value, Land Value, Earthquake Rating, Geo-data/Location, Occupant,
Ownership (full or partial).
On the attached exel spreadsheet, you will find a list of all Wellington
City Council owned properties, and relevant information for each. I had
intended to attach a map highlighting the Council owned properties but
received a ‘non-delivery’ notice. If you would like to receive this map,
please forward me an email address that can receive attachments of 10MB
please.
With regard to Earthquake Prone status, please see the following link on
