Scope of Works – CLM/2011/048858
Please find attached, a Scope of Works (including costing) for your
property at 6 Scarff Place, Cashmere, Christchurch 8022. In addition to
the Earthquake Commission (EQC) Scope of Works, I have included the Scope
Variation documents which were completed by Fletcher Earthquake Recovery
(EQR). The costs detailed in these documents were added together to form
your final settlement payments for your September and February earthquake
claims, minus applicable excess deductions.
