Subject: Official Information request - Resource consent for 4 Priestley

Dear Auckland Council,

 

I would like to request the building and resource consent application for 
4 Priestley drive, bucklands beach.

 

There is currently construction in progress of two story building and am
doubtful it has obtained all correct consents.

If available, I am personally interested in:

-  the plans themselves,

- building consent,

- code compliance certificate,

- existing use certificate,

- earthworks,

- subdivision of property.

 

If possible, the table of contents would be very useful since I don't know
the ins and outs of the project. Thank you for your consideration.
