Please provide

1/ A copy of DPM meetings #7 onwards, i.e. held in December, January &
February.

2./ Documents & emails relating to the meeting #5 point 2.3 (CIP Funding
Report) where its suggested HUD would meet with KO to go over milestones /
delays 3./ Please provide the flood models referred to in point 3.3 of
meeting #5

 

We have meeting #2 held 8th June 2023

 

You have provided further minutes and agendas for

31 August 2023

12 October 2023

23 November 2023

 

If a meeting was held monthly, there should be a record for a meeting in
July and another in September, we certainly appear to be missing one at
least from the files you sent through.

 

You can expect to be notified of the decision on your request by 15 March
2024, being 20 working days after the day on which the request was
received in accordance with section 15(1) of the Act. If an extension of
time is required to make a decision you will be notified prior to this
date in accordance with section 15A of the Act.

 

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.

Document 231214 Teitei Drive DPM Meeting Minutes Meeting 7 Redacted.pdf states under point 4.6 "2 media requests received".

1./ Please provide a copy of the request and the responses to these media requests.

The same document states under point 4.7 "CIP Team happy to work with us around requirements".

2./ Please provide copies of these emails referred to from and to CIP

The same document states under point 5.2 "Consent Applicant will be Kainga Ora".

3./ Please provide the draft documents that were not submitted for consent, please also provide any communications or documents as to why Kainga Ora was the sole applicant.
For avoidance of doubt, we wish to understand (from documents and communications) what plans KO had to submit the consent application and how they planned to have them approved (i.e. by RDC alone)

4./ Please provide details as to the "revised consenting strategy" in point 6.3 motion 2

5./ Please provide any documents, legal, draft, supporting, as to the milestone date changes as highlighted in the last statement in point 6.3 motion 2.
Please also provide any communications to CIP/HUD or any external party with regards to these changes and or approvals from other parties.

Document 240208 Teitei Drive DPM Meeting Minutes Meeting 8 Redacted states under point 4.4 "the team is preparing community engagement for the second resource consent.

6./ Please provide any drafts, documents, emails with regards to this.

In point 4.5 it states the MSD housing register does not provide the full picture of housing need where Eligible people have not applied.

7./ Please provide evidence to this statement, research or documents to backup that the people mentioned in this statement are eligible, how were these people qualified to support this statement.

Point 5.3 states that the "AM will seek formal extension"

8./ Please provide these formal or otherwise documents or emails.

Point 7.1 states approval was sought from RDC for extensions.

9./ Please provide copies of these emails or documents related to this statement.

I am extending the timeframe for providing you with a response by 20
working days under section 15A(1)(b) of the Act as “consultations
necessary to make a decision on the request are such that a proper
response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the original time
limit.”

 

A response is now due by 15 May 2024. I will endeavour to provide a
decision on your request as soon as possible within this timeframe.
