Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

This is a new request, but under the context of a previous request (OIA-3481).

Given the recent ROI by NZTA (RFx ID: 20434139) this request is made under urgency.

Regarding closing the bridge:

1. Please provide the engineering report that supports the current closure of the bridge.

2. If this report has not been issued in the last six months, on what basis is NZTA making it's decision to close the bridge now?

Regarding the replacement bridge:

1. Has NZTA taken into consideration the MOU between Auckland Council, NZTA, and TOES? Especially regarding the Master Planning - 3.1 (c) and (d).

2. Has building consent been lodged? If not, when will it be lodged?

3. Since the previous OIA, has any further consideration been made and/or work done by NZTA, AT or MOT for the redesign of this new bridge to carry the CC2M LRT?

4. If the replacement bridge has been rejected as the route for the CC2M LRT. Why has this alignment been rejected and what alternative crossing routes are being considered?

5. Has there been any changes to the design included in the resource consent RLUC20153473?

6. If so, please provide copies of these changes.

7. Has concerns that Transpower raised regarding clearance between the replacement bridge and the power lines being resolved? If so, how? Has consideration been made for relocation of the 110 kV lines to under the SH20 bridge?

8. Has any new consideration been made for clearances at MHWS to ensure upper harbour access?

9. Has Panuku been consulted as the owner of the Onehunga Port?

10. If so, please provide copies of this consultation.

11. Please provide copies of all docs, plans, reports (geotech, etc) that have been developed to inform the ROI process.

Regarding the conditions of the RC:-

a. Please provide copies of the Construction Environmental Management Plan. If not a final copy, please provide the current draft.

b. Please provide copies of the Landscape and Urban Design Plans. If not a final copies, please provide the current drafts.

c. Please provide copies of the Electricity Infrastructure Management Plan. If not a final copies, please provide the current drafts.

Note: in order to allow urgency. I'm happy for these items to be answer individually as the information becomes to available.
