Can I clarify a few points.

 

1. When the process of a) confirming, b) checking, and c) approving the
publications be complete?

2. How is "c) approval" done?  Does the NZTA CEO have delegated authority
to release the information? Or does it need a second board approval?

3. When exactly the minutes will be "publicly available"
