Dear Eugenie Sage,

This request is being sent to you in your role as acting Minister for Women. If I have directed it to the wrong minister, please transfer it.

In April 2018, the Minister for Women released her weekly briefings up until January 2018. As there seems to be no scheme for proactive publication of these documents in place yet, I would like to request the following information under the OIA:

* all weekly briefings received in the role of minister for women, from February to August 2018.

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the fyi.org.nz website.

With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ

made under the Official Information Act 1982 as below:

 

All weekly briefings received in the role of minister for women, from
February to August 2018.

 

Under section 15A (b) of the OIA, an extension of twenty working days is
required to respond to your request, as consultations necessary to make a
decision on the request are such that a proper response to the request
cannot be made within the original time limit.

 

Please accept my apologies for the delay.

 

You have the right under section 28 of the OIA to make a complaint to the
Ombudsman about the extension of time in responding to your request.
