1) Can the Waikato District Council please provide a copy of the “North
Waikato Public Transport Review – Draft for Discussion Only” report ?

2) Can the Waikato District Council please provide a copy of any
appendicies or other information supporting the “North Waikato Public
Transport Review – Draft for Discussion Only” report ?

3) Can the Waikato District Council please provide a copy of Terms of
Reference, scoping document and/or contract that was used to create the
“North Waikato Public Transport Review – Draft for Discussion Only”
report ?

If this report is held in electronic form, it is requested that it be
