I refer to your request for information which the Waikato District Council
(Council) received on 24 May 2024. We have processed your request in
accordance with the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act
1987 (LGOIMA). Under the LGOIMA, Council must communicate a decision
within 20 working days of receipt which, in this case, means by close of
