2025. Pursuant to the Local Government Official Information and Meetings
Act 1987 (LGOIMA), the Waikato District Council (WDC) has 20 working days
to respond to this request, and I am pleased to be able to respond to your
request for information today.

 

Request

Your request was phrased as follows:

“I want to request copies of the submissions for and against extending the
Whatawhata hall rates catchment as part of the 2025 2034 LTP.”

 

Decision

Council’s decision is to release the information you have requested. The

outweigh the public interest.
