District Plan Review

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Waikato District Council should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Waikato District Council,

I would like to request information regarding the current District Plan Review.

In particular, a number of workshops and open days were held as part of "Phase 3: Issue and Topic Identification". Details from this phase are requested below...

I request a copy of the "issues register" that contains comments/feedback collated into topics (22 I believe) and themes (from over 600 individual issues) regarding the District Plan review.

The response to my LGOMIA request has been delayed - and no response has yet been provided, nor reason for the delay.
By law, WDC is required to respond promptly and by Feb 13 - this date has long since passed.

Please forward the information requested.
