In accordance with the Official Information Act:

1. How many personal grievances have been laid by Wellington City Council current or ex staff between the period of 2010 - 2018? Please provide information per year.

2. Please provide a general breakdown of the nature of the personal grievances, for instance, workplace bullying, or sexual harassment?

3. For the same time period, by year, how many staff complaints have been received by 'Human Resources'?

4. How many of those complaints were investigated internally by 'Human Resources'?

5. Please provide a general breakdown of the nature of these complaints, per year?
