Thank you for your email on the 23 July 2019 requesting the following
information under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings
Act 1987 (the Act):

 

·        I was told WCC has improved it’s privacy over the last 5 years.
Under OIA I’m asking if Wellington Council can send me any papers written
in the last 5 years about how they are improving privacy.

 

With regards to your request, I contacted you on the 5 August to
specifically understand your request due to its broad scope. I have not
heard from you so I am unable to refine your request.

 

Therefore I am refusing your request under section 17(f) that the
information requested cannot be made available without substantial
collation or research.

 

If you disagree with my decision you have the right, under section 27(3)
of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to review and investigate my decision.
