We formally request any correspondence regarding the complaints made to the department by neighbors in the bordering properties including any police correspondence when called to the premises at 84 Montgomery Avenue Dargville in the last 7 years of the current tenants residing in this state house.
Also we request department dates and times of visitations by the case managers for this house and it's occupants.

Thank you for your email of 6 November 2017 requesting information about
84 Montgomery Avenue, Dargaville. You ask for:

Information Act 1982 (the Act), and a decision on your request is due by 4
December 2017, being 20 working days after your request was received. If
we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an
extension of that timeframe.

 

Housing New Zealand may also contact you sooner if clarification or
refinement of your request is required to enable a decision to be made.
