Dear Ms Kirk
I have been assigned your OIA request to Housing New Zealand asking for
the following information:
… a full copy of your operational manual please for our reference…
Please be aware that Housing New Zealand is a large organisation, and does
not have a single document or book that could be referred to as an
operational manual.
Without further clarification, your request may require substantial
collation and research, which would be grounds under Section 18 of the Act
for declining it.
To help Housing New Zealand identify the document(s) that may be relevant
to your request, please specify by email, the area(s) of Housing New
Zealand’s business that you are interested in.
Kind regards
Tim Berry

Dear Ms Kirk
Following the publication of the Housing New Zealand meth report in
September 2018, a large number of documents were published on Housing New
Zealand’s website.
The report and other documents can be found here:
[1]https://hnzc.co.nz/publications/methamph...
The published documents include previous Housing New Zealand policies and
procedures related to methamphetamine under the title, ‘Other key
documents used in the report.’
I hope this is useful.
