I am requesting:
1. the total number of transit-only passengers that passed border security (i.e. transit passengers that did not pay the levy but entered NZ anyway)
2. the total number of transit-only passengers that DID NOT pass border security (i.e. transit customers that remained only in transit)
3. the total number of regular entry passengers that passed border security (i.e. any other passenger, such as visitor, citizen or crew)
under the Official Information Act 1982. Please give this information for the most recently available past 12 months.
For the purposes of the Act, I am a New Zealand citizen. You generally have 20 working days to respond to this notice, as required by law. Your response will be published publicly on the fyi.org.nz website.

question three of your request to the New Zealand Customs Service in
accordance with section 14 of the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act),
as it is more closely connected with the functions of the New Zealand
Customs Service.
