I would like to request information regarding the number of infringement notices issued for misuse of the T2 & T3 Transit lanes on the Auckland Northwestern Motorway onramps for the 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 years please.
If possible, I would like this broken down to the particular junctions where the infringements were issued.

Any point in rewording? Appears they've refused on two grounds (no specific offense and no location) - if I reword for the specific offense, will they refuse on location grounds (i.e. substantial research to get location)?
