Dear Auckland Council,

Please send this to Auckland libraries.

Dear team,

please provide a list of items that are held in the

"central city restricted items" section/collection. I require at least name and author/s and other information eg summary would be appreciated. CSV or equivalent format is ok.

As well, please show separately the equivalent for the wider library catalogue.

Please advise the process in ensuring that the library complies with the 'Films, videos and publications classification act 1993' to ensure minors are not able to access this material.

Please also advise any known examples of Auckland libraries breaching this act including the specific items and any consequences of said breach.

Please advise if this is in progress and any extension or clarification is required.

You are failing to comply with the maximum time limits of the LGOIMA. A response is now well overdue and if it is not received, a complaint to the Ombudsman will be made.

This is now an undue delay and please now respond as soon as reasonably practicable
