Dear Zoey,
Your 17 March email said, " I can advise this has been sent to Surya for their response". Despite Surya saying he'd referred it up and Martin Mould saying he'd send us copies (I emailed him a reminder on 27 April, acknowledging that he'd said the documents no longer represent council policy), they remain secret. By law, under all circumstances, council should have responded by now, as the request is long overdue. Does WDC have any system for keeping track of OIA requests?
