Can you please provide the following information between the time periods of February 2016 up to today's date, March 30th, 2016.

All email correspondence in relation to any cycleway discussion, but primarily the Eastern Ward, between:

- Councillor Sarah Free and Paul Barker
- Councillor Sarah Free and Geoff Swainson
- Councillor Sarah Free and Patrick Morgan (in his capacity for the Cycling Action Network)
- Councillor Sarah Free and James Burgess (in his capacity for Cycle Aware Wellington)
- Any meeting minutes in relation to cycling and cycle ways that Sarah Free led or attended.

There are no emails between Councillor Free and either Patrick Morgan or James Burgess, and no minutes to meetings.
